If your car insurance policy was issued on or after 1 July 2022, you can lodge a claim online via Bupa’s online portal or by calling the dedicated support line. If your policy was issued before this date, you will have to call to lodge your claim.
You will need to provide information such as your policy number, address and details of anyone else involved in the claim.

Licensed drivers and learner drivers older than the minimum age listed on your certificate of insurance can all be insured.
