“ Charles was polite, great professionalism and easy to deal with, however I was only made aware that Savvy charged a fee of $990 at the signing of the contract stage. I was told prior about the lenders application fee, but no other fees were mentioned. When I queried the fee I was told, I thought you knew that's how we made our money. It is the responsibility of the service provider to be transparent with their customer about fees associated with the service. I was told that I could cancel the contract, however I had already committed to the purchase of the car. Slightly disappointed. ”
