1. Promoter

This survey and associated prize draw is promoted by Quantum Savvy Pty Ltd, trading as Savvy (“Savvy” or the “Promoter”), ABN 78 660 493 194, whose principal place of business is at 1/145 The Parade, Norwood, South Australia 5067.

By participating in this survey, entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions in full.

2. Eligibility

Participation in this survey is strictly limited to individuals who:

• Received a direct email invitation from Savvy to participate in this survey; and
• Are existing Savvy customers with an active account at the time of entry; and
• Are aged 18 years or older at the time of entry.

This survey is not open to the general public. Employees of Savvy and their immediate family members are ineligible to participate.

3. Email address verification

To maintain the integrity of this survey, entrants are required to enter the email address to which their invitation was sent. The email address entered in the survey must exactly match the address to which the invitation email was delivered.

Entries where the email address does not match the invitation address will be deemed invalid and will not be eligible for the prize draw. Savvy reserves the right to verify all email addresses against its customer records prior to conducting the prize draw.

4. How to enter

To enter, eligible participants must:

• Complete all required questions in the survey in full; and
• Submit the survey before the closing time of 8:00am ACST on Wednesday 7 May 2025.

Only one (1) entry per person is permitted. Incomplete submissions will not be entered into the prize draw.

5. Prize

Ten (10) winners will each receive one (1) Prezzee Smart eGift Card to the value of AUD $100. The total prize pool is AUD $1,000.

Prizes will be delivered via SMS to the mobile number held on file with Savvy for each winning entrant’s account. Entrants are responsible for ensuring their mobile number on file with Savvy is current and correct. Savvy accepts no responsibility for prize delivery failure resulting from an incorrect, outdated, or inactive mobile number on the entrant’s account.

6. Winner selection and notification

Ten (10) winners will be selected by random draw from all valid entries received by the survey closing time. The draw will be conducted by the Promoter at 3:00pm ACST on Sunday 11 May 2025.

Winners will be notified via SMS to the mobile number held on file with Savvy. If a winner cannot be contacted or does not claim their prize within 14 days of notification, the Promoter reserves the right to draw an alternate winner.

The Promoter’s decision in relation to winner selection is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

7. Winners announcement and use of personal information

By completing and submitting this survey, entrants acknowledge and agree that:

• Their first name, last initial of surname and state of residence may be published on the Savvy website as part of a winners announcement;
• Their survey responses may be used by Savvy for internal research, product improvement, and marketing purposes; and
• Their personal information will be handled in accordance with Savvy’s Privacy Policy and the Australian Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

Savvy will not publish full names, email addresses, phone numbers, or any other personally identifiable information beyond first name, last initial of surname and state of residence without the winner’s explicit consent.

8. Disqualification

The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entry or winner at its sole discretion. Without limiting the foregoing, entries will be disqualified where the entrant:

• Did not receive a direct email invitation to participate in this survey;
• Entered an email address that does not match the address to which the invitation was sent;
• Submitted more than one entry; or
• Has otherwise failed to comply with any part of these terms and conditions.

9. General conditions

The Promoter reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel this survey or prize draw at any time without notice where circumstances outside its control make this necessary.
