“ I've been an Accountant and in business for "quite a few years"; a lady never gives away her age! And it has truly been a long time since I have been treated like a person rather than a number or 'just' another deal! Initially I was arranging finance through the car dealer but not receiving the feedback from my questions hence I went online for a better deal. In Australia, personal service is poor (pathetic) in comparison to European countries and it is a real shame. I was astounded to be provided with genuine compassionate and honest service from Amelia De Stefano from Savvy; the last place I expected to receive real service. Amelia answered all my questions and asked for more information to simply get the best deal suitable for me! Then, allowed me to make the choice from the available options while explaining and steering me in the right direction. Although the vehicle delivery was considerably delayed, (a few months) due to many people ordering electric vehicles, Amelia kept in regular contact "checking in" for order progress news and enquiring how I was managing with the disappointment of the delay. Throughout the whole period, waiting for the order to be finalised, communication from Amelia remained considerate and pressure free as though Amelia and I had been colleagues for years; a bit of banter here and there, but always remaining polite and understanding. I never anticipated my financier would be as excited as I was for me, in buying a new vehicle. Initially all the communication was via email, yet Amelia found time to personally call me to chat and thank me for choosing her as my financier. If you truly want to deal with a person who considers "you" then you will find no other, better than Amelia De Stefano from Savvy. ”
