“ Overall decent experience, a lot of phone calls, text, and emails, though this is likely expected when you are in a different state. The application journey was quite different to going through a dealership with finance to achieve the same outcome. The changing interest rates were a bit frustrating. The rate seemed to change from day to day, which made it difficult to work out exactly what my repayments would look like and plan my finances for the next few years until everything was finally locked in. The broker was helpful with getting in contact with the dealership to sort out what was required to clear the payment, so that I could pick up my vehicle relatively quick. ”
