“ Do NOT recommend: Savvy, Vehicles Direct or Norris Motor Group. Significant lack of communication (apart from the persistent contact at application initiation phase). Vehicles Direct asked me for any links to cars I had saved in my own searches, then proceeded to tell me the first link I sent them was the best option available (genuinely questioning if they actually searched…) Savvy nor Vehicles Direct told the dealer I was going to collect the car on a specific day. Had been liaising directly with Savvy, consistently checking that the pick-up date was going to be achievable as I need to travel over 600km to get the vehicle. Was told it certainly was achievable. Day of travel, continued to follow up with Savvy regarding settlement. When I arrived at the destination, on Friday afternoon, I was told that the car was not ready and that it wouldn’t be ready until Monday as the dealer didn’t know I was coming and that all admin had left and there was no one to register the vehicle and transfer it and also that settlement was still to occur and that there was nothing that could be done that afternoon or on Saturday and that I would have to wait until Monday. Had to stay in Brisbane an additional 2 nights than planned. Was told the vehicle would be ready at 10am on Monday. It wasn’t. Was told that the dealer was still waiting for settlement, even though a remittance showed the payment was made, and they were checking every 15 minutes. Along comes 12.15pm, as I’m on hold waiting to speak to a manager at NMG head office, I get told that the money has landed, and that it landed at 10.35am. Almost 2 hours earlier. Then the used car rep had to audacity to try and lecture me as to why it would have been better to get finance direct from the dealership. Also - in the paperwork from the dealer, Norris Motor Group it showed the car was registered on the Friday afternoon around 3.30pm, so it was absolute horseshit that ‘no one was available to register the car’. Very disappointed and definitely took the shine of purchasing a new vehicle. Would not recommend to anyone; friend or enemy. ”
