“ Was good and helpful and couldn’t fault the help I was given. But do feel after getting the loan approved and seeing added rates it would be good to get that given to you before signing up. I had a $300 establishment fee (which is understandable) But then a $500 lending assistance fee? Very steep in my personal opinion. Makes me wonder if you/Savvy and lenders are working together ?? 🤔 Pat my back and I’ll pat yours? Anyway - it got the help I needed so is what it is I guess. ”
